Donna Mackay, is a singer/songwriter
and one of Hertfordshire's best loved female acoustic guitarists.
Although she is originally from South Shields in the North
East England.
Solo Acoustic Guitarist, Singer Songwriter
Performs her own original material on vocals & acoustic guitar.
Songs vary in style from slow finger picking "Mr Right" Track 1 released
early 2004 to the upbeat fast & rhythmic "Good Times" Track 2 early
2004.
Performances are 30-45 minutes of original material throughout Hertfordshire & London.

I'm currently working a new album at Soundarc Studio's.
The album will contain the favourites "Good Times" "Mr Right" and "Lovely Man" and look out for the new tracks "Stand Up" "Money" "Coming Home" and "Live for the Sun".

"Headliners" is the new & exclusive "Open
Acoustic Zone" at "The Corn Exchange,
Hitchin, Hertfordshire"
The venue which is now under new management is
very eager to include live music in their future
plans.
"We are looking to promote and invite various
acts to perform at the new music scene here at
The Corn Exchange "Headliners" is
just one of our live music events we have planned
for the forthcoming months ahead"
"Headliners" will be hosted by Donna
Mackay who has successfully managed similar events
locally, "I am so excited to be involved
and cant wait to listen to all the musical talent
in the area. I am looking for a real community
based project here and I would like any percussionists
to accompany various performances throughout the
night & I would also like to invite any amateur
camera persons to come along and film the weekly
event with the intention of posting the live gigs
on "you tube" and "my space" websites
to offer maximum exposure to all involved. As the
name suggests I will also be looking to book talented "Headliners" for
the forthcoming weeks."
