A LOCAL songstress is on the lookout for venues to host a series of fundraising gigs for the NSPCC. Donna Mackay wants to perform as many solo fundraising shows as possible in the area for the children’s charity in June, July and August.

Donna will play original songs and covers in her relaxing, smooth vocals with acoustic guitar, while the audience will contribute to the NSPCC’s coffers. Eeveryone wins!

“I like to raise money for charity when I can and this I feel is a very worthy cause,” said Donna.

“I’m available to start raising money as soon as venues start to come forward with dates.

“Weekends, weekdays, hotels, bars, clubs, restaurants; you name it, in order to raise as much money as possible.”
